As a music director, I prioritize bringing a clearly defined plan to the rehearsal room, so that I can communicate effectively and avoid making significant changes through the rehearsal process, allowing me to facilitate quick learning and memorization. I love working with singers; I trust their skill and performance intuitions, but often offer suggestions to benefit artistic interpretation and intrigue.

Having spent hundreds of hours in rehearsal rooms both as a performer and a music director, I can collaborate smoothly with directors and choreographers; I am good at keeping track of where choreo sections match into the music, and I am quick jumping from section to section. I am a flexible and relaxed collaborator, and I enjoy the process of creating incredible theatre.
